Chef/Owner – Ryan Wiest
Ryan was raised in Clarksville. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University Culinary School and has been trained by Certified Master Chefs in the United States and Europe. He has worked in Germany, England and Bermuda. Ryan has also worked for The Ritz Carlton Beach Resort in Naples, Florida, Claridge’s Hotel in London, and The Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa, and Marina in Cambridge, Maryland. After returning to Clarksville, he worked with Rehm’s Caterers for 10 years under the mentorship of Certified Master Chef Adi Rehm and his wife, Mary-Lou Rehm. Ryan guards and continues the tradition of attention to detail, delicious food and superb service known by the clients of Rehm’s Catering.
Our Servers have been part of the business for close to 20 years and consistently provide phenomenal service. They have high standards for attention to detail, which astonish our clients throughout every event. Experienced Servers are the most valuable asset we have for a smooth operation. Our client’s guests never stop commenting on the wonderful service they receive and our clients often mention how much they enjoy their own parties.
Chef Adi Rehm and Mary-Lou Rehm
Chef Adi became a Certified Master Chef in Baden-Baden, Germany in 1964. Our local legend distinguished himself in national and international culinary competitions winning gold medals in presentations, ice carvings, chocolate sculptures, blown sugar, pulled sugar figures and masterful pastry exhibits. His most prestigious gold medal wins were in the World Culinary Olympics. Adi and his wife, Mary-Lou, nurtured and grew the catering business together over many decades with joyful hard work. This was absolutely a catering dream-team. Mary-Lou passed away in 2012 and Adi passed away in 2017.
